Project: IT strategic direction, complex architecture implementation, and performance optimization

Developing strategic technological directions for IT system/infrastructure development, selecting and applying information technologies, and creating operational technological guidelines for system architecture and component design.

• Planning, defining, and implementing architectures for complex information systems (ERP, integrations, SOA, web).
• Conducting feasibility and cost-effectiveness studies and proposing technological guidelines for IT system development.
• Analyzing system/infrastructure/software architecture and compliance with accepted technological guidelines, interactions between IT systems and their components, responsiveness, availability, capacity, scalability, portability, continuity of operation, cost-effectiveness, practicality of implementation, and other parameters relevant to the functioning of IT systems/infrastructure, and making recommendations for their optimization.
