Our company developed a blockchain strategy for the City of Zagreb’s business processes.

• The project aimed to define a Strategic Plan for implementing blockchain technology in alignment with the city’s vision.
• This plan transforms processes, enhancing security, efficiency, and transparency while reducing costs and intermediaries.
• The plan covered various scenarios, notably focusing on the impact of blockchain in electronic archiving and e-record storage. It encompassed three additional business scenarios, and one was elaborated further by our team.
